Product and Performance
The peristaltic pumps of the AL-200-CM series are used for the promotion of liquid and gaseous media as well as the promotion of media with a higher viscosity (eg pasty liquids). The suction capability is superior to most other metering pumps. The peristaltic pumps are used primarily for applications where dry running and self-priming is required. The peristaltic pumps ensure constant flow rates, ie, a high degree of accuracy and repeatability. The max. Delivery pressure of the AL-200 peristaltic pump is 1 bar, the max. Suction is 5,0m.
The peristaltic pumps of the AL-200-CM series are available with 3 standard tube sizes: inner diameter 1.6 mm, 3 mm or 5 mm. The tube material is silicon (pump type AL200) or on request Santoprene (pump type AL 201), or Viton (pump type AL-202)
The peristaltic pump AL-200-CM provides two ways to regulate the flow rate:
1. Duty – The duty cycle can be adjusted continuously to between “to ½ second conveyor length 3 seconds standstill”.
2. Speed - The speed can be between 100% and 5% are regulated.
