Peristaltic pump AL 100

Product and Performance

Peristaltic pump AL 100

The peristaltic pumps of the AL-100 series are used for conveying liquid, gaseous or media with high viscosity (eg pulpy liquids). The suction capability of up to 5m is superior to many other metering pumps. The peristaltic pumps are primarily used where dry running and self-priming is required. They ensure constant flow rates, a high degree of accuracy and repeatability. The simple tube change ensures the economic operation of the pump. Each pump head is subjected to a test before delivery. The AL-100 series is available with three standard tube sizes and three hose materials: Hose size: Inside Ø0,8mm, Ø1,6mm; Ø3mm tubing materials: silicone, Santoprene or Viton®

The max. Delivery pressure of the AL-100 pump is 1 bar. The silicone hose guarantees a long service life. Our tests revealed a service life of 1,500 h (Type AL-100-080-006-030, medium: water at 20 ° C and 0.5 meters head, continuous operation). The temperature range of silicone hoses is (depending on the pumped liquid) at -55 to + 200 ° C. The silicone tubes are also distinguished by their range of chemical resistance. Since the respective applications vary widely, may be granted to the pump as well as the above mentioned life no guarantee
