Design, Manufacturing, Assembly—All Under One Roof

1. Design

We handle the design of all products in our product line and also offer this as a standalone service. Our goal is to support you right from the drawing stage —with an eye toward future manufacturing.

2. Assembly

Our installation team consists of approximately 10 employees, all of whom hold the necessary certifications. In addition to installation services, we also handle measurements, drawing preparation, and project management upon request.

Containers for Your Specific Application

Our containers are available in eight different models (A-H) with capacities ranging from 50 to 200,000 liters. Each model—ranging from flat collection tanks to large conical tanks—covers its own specific application area thanks to its unique geometry. All dimensions are listed in the tables below; custom designs are available upon request.

Container - Version A

The "A" model is our standard cylindrical container with a flat bottom and covers a wide range of volumes from 700 to 15,000 liters. Thanks to its stable base (A = 450-700 mm), it is particularly well-suited for freestanding installation in production and storage areas. Depending on the tank size, wall thicknesses ranging from 2.5 to 3.0 mm and outlet connections from 1.5" to 3" are used.

Container - Type B

The "B" model is the space-saving version of our standard containers, with a reduced footprint of just 350 mm. It is structurally very similar to the "A" model but is used wherever floor space is limited. The volume range extends from 700 to 4,000 liters, with wall thicknesses ranging from 2.5 to 3.0 mm.

Container - Type C

The "C" model does not have traditional support legs and is instead equipped with a conical outlet (K), which allows the container’s contents to be completely emptied. It is therefore particularly suitable for processes in which product residues must be avoided, such as in the food or chemical industries. The volume ranges from 700 to 15,000 liters, with wall thicknesses between 2.0 and 2.5 mm.

Container - Type D

The "D" model features a conical outlet and a specified lid height (DH), making it particularly well-suited for completely emptying larger batches. It covers a volume range from 3,000 to 16,000 liters, making it ideal for medium to large process volumes. The total height (TH) varies depending on the size, ranging from approximately 1.7 to 3.4 meters, with wall thicknesses of 2.5 to 3.0 mm.

Container - Type E

The "E" model is our large-capacity tank model with a raised base structure consisting of three or four legs (AF) and a specified leg height (BH). This design provides sufficient ground clearance for downstream system components such as agitators, valves, or filling stations. With a volume range of 3,000 to 20,000 liters, it is one of the largest tanks in our standard series.

Container - Type F

The "F" model is a compact small tank with a characteristic stepped diameter (Da/Dm/Di), which allows for a space-saving, tapered design. It is ideal for smaller batches and dosing applications, such as in laboratory or pilot plants. All sizes come standard with DN 50 connections for drain (AL) and vent (EL) and cover a volume range of 50 to 500 liters.

Container - Type G

The "G" model is the slim version of our small-tank series and, unlike the "F" model, does not feature the middle diameter stage. This results in a particularly simple, robust design that is quick to clean and versatile in use. With a volume range of 50 to 500 liters and DN 50 connections, it is ideal for smaller quantities and mobile applications.

Container - Model H

The "H" model is the top-of-the-line version in our small container series and covers volumes ranging from 100 to 1,000 liters. Its design follows the simple, stepped structure of the “G” model but is designed for larger fill volumes and correspondingly greater overall heights (TH) of up to 1.75 meters. Here, too, standard DN 50 connections for drainage and venting ensure straightforward integration into existing systems.

The design is based on process-specific requirements such as the medium, pressure and temperature conditions, vessel geometry, material selection, and static and dynamic loads, taking into account volumes of up to 20,000 liters and unit weights of up to 40 metric tons.
